Is your year off to a great start? Are you clear about what you want to learn and achieve this year? 2012 is a special year, and many people have their explanations of why. The truth is, like any year, this year is one of potential and transformation. It is a year to really let go of what has been holding you back and an opportunity to step fully into a brighter, happier, more vibrant version of yourself. And you can make that decision for a better life on New Year’s Eve with the masses, or continue to make it on a daily basis. The choice to change is yours!
Change is in the air. In the coldest part of Winter (or the wettest, depending on where you live!) it may be tough to remember that in a few short months, flowers will be blooming and the animals will come out of hiding. If you want to make the most out of this time, use it as a chance to reflect inward and to take stock of where you are. Look carefully at your goals: are they realistic, achievable, and specific? Look at your social circle and family group: what has to shift to make the connections more meaningful and the time you spend together more fun? This is not the time to make drastic changes, rather take your time and think things through so when the warmer days return, you will have a clear roadmap for your next steps. This is the time for small, deliberate changes that will set you up for success in the months to come. Join us to learn the hidden dimensions of change, and how to the harness potential that is in the air without diving in to the deep end.
The ancient art and science of Pranic Healing has been around for centuries. You know how in the “old country” there were those healers who had no medical degrees, yet were able to bring ease from suffering and actually help heal dis-ease?
A Pranic healer helps activate the body’s own self-recovery mechanisms. The body, if left to it’s own devices, will heal itself of most illness and pain. If you add Pranic Healing, the body will heal itself even more quickly and with additional energetic support.
Every so often, I notice I am surrounded by angry people. People start slamming doors, cutting me off in traffic, and even the movies I watch seem to have angry characters! When that happens, it is the perfect time to stop, pause, and self-reflect. After all, what is around us is always inside us, and if I am noticing angry people, there’s an angry Dr. Saira somewhere inside me, waiting to be acknowledged. I grew up around chronically angry people, and through my personal and professional research, have learned a lot about anger. Read on to learn how to identify your own anger, and what to do with it. This is an especially important read if you don’t think of your self as angry, because the deeper your anger is buried, the more freeing it will be when you finally get it out of your system!
2012 is promising to be a year of transformation, a year of letting go of the old and really welcoming in the newest and best version of you. I know life gets busy, and to help you plan ahead, here is a calendar of topics for 2012’s Journey to Wholeness Seminar series and other workshops we will be holding. We may be adding to the calendar as the demand increases, and will let you know if dates or topics change due to unforeseen circumstances. As my gift to you during this season of giving, you will save $50 off the longer weekend workshop in February if you register by the end of 2011*.
