Change is in the air. In the coldest part of Winter (or the wettest, depending on where you live!) it may be tough to remember that in a few short months, flowers will be blooming
and the animals will come out of hiding. If you want to make the most out of this time, use it as a chance to reflect inward and to take stock of where you are. Look carefully at
your goals: are they realistic, achievable, and specific? Look at your social circle and family group: what has to shift to make the connections more meaningful and the time you
spend together more fun? This is not the time to make drastic changes, rather take your time and think things through so when the warmer days return, you will have a clear roadmap
for your next steps. This is the time for small, deliberate changes that will set you up for success in the months to come. Join us to learn the hidden dimensions of change, and
how to the harness potential that is in the air without diving in to the deep end.
I am so excited about helping you to change, even if you don’t think you need to change. Trust me, when I talk to the friends,

Every so often, I notice I am surrounded by angry people. People start slamming doors, cutting me off in traffic, and even the movies I watch seem to have angry characters! When that happens,
it is the perfect time to stop, pause, and self-reflect. After all, what is around us is always inside us, and if I am noticing angry people, there’s an angry Dr. Saira somewhere inside me,
waiting to be acknowledged. I grew up around chronically angry people, and through my personal and professional research, have learned a lot about anger. Read on to learn how to identify
your own anger, and what to do with it. This is an especially important read if you don’t think of your self as angry, because the deeper your anger is buried, the more freeing it will be when
you finally get it out of your system!
